- Full Payment is due at time of booking mobile services and registering for classes.
- Refunds are only given if appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment/class time.
- A $25 rescheduling/cancellation fee is charged if you reschedule or cancel your mobile service less than 24 hours before appointment time. You may reschedule a class with no penalty/no refund.
- *FULL PAYMENT is charged for late cancellations. You are considered a "late cancellation" if you cancel or reschedule your appointment/class less than 4 hours before the scheduled time. You must call (leave voice message), text, or email to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid additional charges.
- Late-starts that are not caused by massage therapist may not get an extension of time for scheduled appointment.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Personal checks and Cash. A $35 processing fee is charged for NSF/returned checks in addition to full payment of service.
- There are no extra charges for upgrades including aromatherapy, hot stones, hot towels, deep tissue, pain relief ointment, gratuity, etc. Everything is included with all mobile sessions if desired or necessary.
- Please allow 15 minutes before first appointment to fill out paperwork and 15 minutes after each session for feedback.
- All services are Non Sexual. Massage Therapist will end the session immediately if inappropriate behavior is exhibited and you will be responsible for full payment of scheduled service.
